For the first time, European government leaders and AI entrepreneurs gathered in Paris at the AI Action Summit to discuss strategies for keeping Europe competitive against the U.S. and China in artificial intelligence. French President Emmanuel Macron announced €100 billion in AI infrastructure investments, alongside a commitment from 60 companies to invest €150 billion in AI applications and cross-industry collaboration.
